Real-life Super Powers

I learned a powerful lesson recently and I feel it would be selfish to keep it to myself.

The saying goes, “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.”
It sure felt that way for me as I realized the powerful truth I want to share with you.

Before I share it, let me provide you with some context.

My line of work is very nuanced, it has so many details, intricies, and technicalities, it’s dizzying.

I specialize in helping business owners [specifically dentists, chiropractors, and auto shop owners] implement tax and financial strategies that allow them to pay less in taxes and fees, keep more money in their own pockets, and create generational wealth by strategically planning how they spend and allocate their dollars. I call it financial optimization. Optimize how you pay, and get paid, so more dollars stay with you than leave unnecessarily.

It is VERY easy to feel like I don’t know nearly enough to be helping people, when in reality I know far more than the Average Joe. Imposter Syndrome is real. And A LOT of us deal with it on a daily basis.

I cracked the code on how to beat Imposter Syndrome. I’m not saying it’s the only answer, but it’s the best one I’ve found yet.

Here is the key to unlocking yourself from the shackles of Imposter Syndrome: Surround yourself with a team of individuals who are experts in their craft and have a different “Super Power” than you do.

Here’s why that’s so important.

The team you’ve surrounded yourself with is there to strengthen you in areas that you are weak and back you up in areas you are strong.

This gives you the freedom to lean into YOUR Super Power, and allow your team to fully use theirs.

You can leverage other peoples strengths, talents and expertise to your advantage so you can own your role and move forward as a team.

And allow others to lean into theirs, while you grow and add to yours!

Once you’ve learned your identity, and pinpointed your unique traits and skillsets, double-down on those, and go ALL-IN. Then, find other people you can add to your team and inner circle that can shore up any weaknesses so you can succeed together.

If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.
